See a doc: There is no DIY way to diagnose cancer. You need a medical exam and probably a biopsy to make a diagnosis. If you are concerned about a medical problem, don't waste time in the web, see a physician.

See your doctor: See your doctor regularly, express your concern , in 31 yr old cancers are not common diseases but are not exempt from them, if indicated have the cancer screening tests, like pap, mammogram ( to young unless medically indicated ) GI endoscopy etc and you will have peace of mind.

Not easy: Cancer is not one disease and cancers of different cells and organs have different signs and symptoms. Common, but usually late, symptoms are weight loss, lump at the site, bleeding, fever etc. See this site for more information.

Why?: Confirm means you think you do. Why is that? You have any symptom or strong family history? Do yourself a favor and visit your doctor to address this. If there is any suspicion, your doc will take the proper measures to identify the problem. If not, you may need some help regarding anxiety issues. Talking, of course: I'm not sure I understand your question. We sit down with the patient and the family to discuss the diagnosis, prognosis, and possible treatments just like other the specialists tell their patients about any other disease they may have.

Yes, you R at risk.: And so am I. Insofar as you are alive, you can get cancer. You may reduce the risk of getting it by living a healthy lifestyle (avoid tobacco, exercise regularly, eat well, etc.) and reduce the risk of dying of cancer by getting screenings appropriate for your age and risk. Talk to your doc about this. Other than that, there's nothing else to do. Enjoy life, my friend. Don't live in fear.
