"naturally" ?: Swimming and long showers may help. Any kind of peel. Squeezing them out. Best remedy long-term is prescription tretinoin (Retin A) or adapalene (Differin). Available in different strengths and forms, typically applied at bedtime for at least several months. May be irritating at first but better tolerated with time. Blackheads are NOT DIRT. They are not related to food or stress.
