U wil need help: For the first 4 to 6 weeks I don't allow anybody to move the shoulder on their own so u will need help with many routine things

You need assistant: You can not use that arm for 3 weeks, beside the pain you are going to have from the surgery, so if it is your right arm you can not use it for three weeks almost for any thing.
