Spotting after C-S: It can be normal to be still having light spotting 9 weeks after a c-section, but it is uncommon. I would recommend a pelvic examination of your uterus because this could be a symptom of low-grade endometritis (infeciton of the lining of the uterus), which should be treated with antibiotics.
