What amount of a difference does having a planned child make vs an unplanned child?

Pregnancy: Physically, there are few differences. Planned pregnancies, women have the chance to start vitamins, folic acid, healthy diet, etc. Psychologically, it can be harder. If you are unable to support a child, or don't have any support from the babies father. Even though there isn't the social stigma of being a single mom, it can still be stressful. FYI: with all the BC available, >50% are unplanned.
