Don't use drugs: I am sorry to be flippant but urine drug testing is an opportunity to prove you are not using drugs. I assume you have either been ordered to or you have promised you will not use drugs. That is why you are being tested. There are rare instances of false positive results but the lab should have a confirmation process in place to protect you from that. Bring your prescription if you have one.

By NOT using drugs: If you are using drugs for which they are testing, then you are likely to have a positive result and whatever consequences come from that. That is called being responsible for one's own bad decisions and poor choices. Helping anyone avoid those consequences is called enabling, and keeps people sick and is part of the disease of chemical dependency. Get help for a drug problem rather than lying.
