Can you tell me how to know if i'm having implantation bleeding, a miscarriage, or another period?

Sure: Implantation bleeding happens 2 weeks before your period is due. Miscarriage happens after a positive pregnancy test and a missed period. A delayed period is usually associated with stress, travel, illness or medications and you will have a negative pregnancy test.
