Depends on where: you live. Most states have not passed laws/regulations on age restrictions yet, but a few have set it at 18, just as with cigarettes. However, New York City has set 21 as a new legal age to buy cigarettes, and I suspect that they will do the same with vaporizers/hookahs as well. Your age is listed as 44 years, so don't quite understand why you're asking. Nobody knows if these devices are safe.
