Pain Relief: Oxycodone is a very potent synthetic narcotic that is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Side effects include itching, nausea, vomiting and constipation. It will cause sedation and is therefore NOT to be taken with other sedatives or alcohol. Acetaminophen is an over the counter med used to treat mild to moderate pain. It is metabolized in the liver so do NOT take more than prescribed.
