You could, but...: There are multiple reasons to miss a period. Pregnancy is not the only one. If you're under lots of stress, or overexercising, or under eating or taking medications, you could miss your period and not be pregnant. I would recheck a pregnancy test in a week and see if it is still negative.

Probably not: Women experience irregular periods sometimes. Most likely you did. If you've done a first morning urine test (the most concentrated urine) and has been negative that is accurate. Do one more, first AM and if negative wait. The normal cycle is between 21 and 35 days. If they remain irregular or absent see your provider for some simple hormone tests (thyroid etc)
