White clumps : It sounds like you are describing a vaginal yeast infection. This often occurs after a round of antibiotics. Having blood sugar issues can predispose you to yeast infections, too. I recomnend end you be evaluated by a doctor who will have a look by doing a pelvic examination and take a sample of the discharge and look at it under a microscope.
