Can it be possible for you to ovulate and get pregnant without fertile mucus?

Yes: your cervical mucus mixes with your vaginal mucus and discharge and changes the consistency. Cervical mucus testing is one of the things we used before ovulation prediction kits. I would use those instead if trying to conceive.
