Very unusual: It is very unusual to have only skeletal abnormalities. The thing about a syndrome is that it is multiple findings that come together to form a certain clinical picture. I can say I've never seen a Marfan case that at least didn't have muscular and connective tissue involvement, and so many have the eye and heart findings as well.
