Yes: usually liquids are ok with uncomplicated diverticulitis. keep in mind that coffee can cause diarrhea, which can also happen when you have diverticulitis and on antibiotics

That's OK.: Coffee shouldn't have any effect on your diverticuli. A low fiber diet is the main problem.
