Yes : There are no contraindications and generally no higher incidence of adverse reactions to taking Emforal (propanolol) which is a beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure, angina, and tremors in conjunction with Cialis (tadalafil) which is a PDE-5 inhibitor used to improve the ability to obtain and maintain an adequate erection.
