Unclear: Abusing testosterone via Anabolic steroids and causing greatly elevated testosterone levels has been linked to various problems in the cardiovascular system, including sudden cardiac death. Cardiac death is likely a result of an arrhythmia, such as atrial fibrillation, but the exact cause is unclear.
