Yes, indeed!: Hi. Yes, indeed, and many do. In fact, we lose very few people from diabetic "coma" (usually either diabetic ketoacidosis or non-ketotic, hyperglycemic, hyperosmolar coma) these days. Ain't modern medicine great?!
