Tough question: If you can find a drive-through plastic surgeon it may be possible. But you don't need a doctor to tell you that scars don't go away. Your mother can tell you that. If you can get rid of the scars at all, plastic surgery is the specialty to consult. But don't expect anything to happen "quickly."
