Serious Rx: I trust you are already using topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated and this has not cleared you. Your physician needs to add something else. If it's on your trunk, a month on an antibiotic may be all that's required; repeat occasionally as needed. Acne can't be cured but will eventually remit on its own. Isotretinoin is available for the toughest cases. Best wishes.
