How to improve bacteria health in mouth?

Proper dental care: simple - brush your teeth, floss and use antiseptic mouth wash at least twice a day. Floss and brushing are more important than mouth wash

Bacteria: There are both good and bad bacteria in our mouths. The idea is to support the good ones. Brush 2x/day w soft t'brush, pea sized portion of fluoridated t'paste, for 2 full minutes by the clock, including the top of your tongue. Floss daily. Flossing more important than brushing. Reduce acidic/sugary, starchy foods/snacks. See Dentist 2x/year.
