Not good idea: Would not recommend it. Could take a dose of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) no more than 1000mg as a single dose and no more than 3 times in 24hours.

Yes, if you have to.: For most people, there is no need to take both Aspirin and ibuprofen. When a person is attempting to relieve pain, he may simply use one of these medications rather than combining them. Some people, however, take a low dose of Aspirin on a daily basis in order to help prevent heart attacks and strokes. At times, these people may need to consider taking ibuprofen.
