Infection: This can be a variety of things, the most common of which would be yeast infection in the vagina. The other possiblities are if sex is unprotected are chamydia and/or gonorrheal infections. The way to figure this out is for you OB to do a swab. They can then determine what the organism is and treat it accordingly

Get it checked out: White vaginal discharge could be excessive natural discharge or abnormal and pathological discharge that can happen with vaginitis, yeast infection, trichomonas infection and sexually transmitted disease. You need to have a pelvic exam and get your discharge tested.
