Morning after?: Do you mean you have used a morning after pill 4 times this month? This can definitely throw your cycle off. It should resume normal next month if you don't take any more hormone. If you are not on regular birth control pills, it sounds like you should be. See a doctor to discuss this. Good luck!

Most likely : sorry - your profile says 17 yo male - so I am assuming this is for your partner - Emergency birth control using the pill - can cause extra bleeding - as the uterine lining responses to the unusually high dose of hormone. Hopefully this is a one time use - both partners need to assume responsibility for contraception.
