Ovarian cyst: Pain from the very insist would normally be filled in front and to one side or the other. However it is possible to have pain in the back from the cyst. Ovarian cysts again not the usual cause of miscarriages however, you can get a hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst which lowers the Progesterone level which leads to miscarriage. Not a typical cause of miscarriage… But I have seen situations where Progesterone levels are very low in the presence of such assist. Check Progesterone levels and supplement if needed
