Don't panic : First, make sure you're not pregnant. Not all vasectomies are permanent. If not pregnant, I'm not an OB/GYN, but I would think hormonal imbalance or early menopause would be more likely than CA (depending on your overall health or family history), but I would definitely check in with your PCP. Good luck.

Period: This is not likely to be an ovarian cancer but you should see your obstetrician/gynecologist without too much delay or you will continue to worry.
