Conception: I know we all hear about those couples that got pregnant on the first try but that really is the exception not the norm. If you are having frequent, well-timed intercourse at midcycle, greater than 95 percent of couples will conceive. You could do ovulation predictor kit or temperature charts to nail down ovulation time.Bottom line i would not worry until a year of solid trying.
