Herpes confirmation: There are several tests that your doctor can do to confirm that you have herpes. Take your meds, use condoms and visit your physician

See answer: Estimated that one out of every six people in U.S. aged 14 to 49 years have genital herpes (HSV). Diagnosis made by visual inspection and blood tests. There's no cure for genital herpes, but medications can ease symptoms and reduce the risk of infecting others. Highly suggest that you educate yourself about HSV: http://m.cdc.gov/en/HealthSafetyTopics/DiseasesConditions/STDs/herpesFS.
