Missed period: With a tubal ligation, doubtful it would be pregnancy. With the pain on R side, may be some ovarian issues. Best to get your cause of the missed period and your R sided pain evaluated and assessed by a GYN dr. They may need to order an Ultrasound of your pelvis too. Best wishes

Could be: Could be anovulatory cycle - meaning you didn't ovulate - or a late ovulation. If your periods are not regular, it might be worth doing a pregnancy test again to be sure. If you are usually regular and the hPT is still negative, check with a doctor if the next period is missed too. Sometimes a period can be missed due to a persistent cyst from the cycle before, again a doctor can help.
