FLUIDS&FIBER: Drink plenty of fluids but avoid coffee, tea, and soda. They are dehydrating. Eat plenty of high fiber food such as fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts. Eat prunes everyday. If you continue to have a problem, add a fiber product like BeneFiber or Metamucil. We like to hold off on laxatives as a last resort but if you continue to struggle with constipation use Miralax (polyethylene glycol).
