Going outside to lay in the sunshine with only baby oil; is that bad for your skin?

Yes: Baby oil offers no sun protection so you will expose yourself to the damaging effects of the sun and increase risk of skin cancer over time by doing this. It's important to realize that even if you use sunscreen with spf50 or higher you will still get sun exposure and resultant tan, so sunscreen alone is not enough to protect from damaging effect of sun.
