Ask your Gyn Doc.: In this age of severe litigation, it is best to ask your Gyn doctor to treat you. Although, it is most likely that you could take some OTC decongestants, your Gyn Doctor should be consulted. Also the terms sinus relief and congestion are not necessarily synonymous. Nasal congestion is a nasal problem. You really do not know that the problem is in the sinuses. Check with your Gyn doctor.

Probably not : It depends on how far along you are . In the first Trimester , no medication . Use nasal saline to this your nasal secretion and to make it easy to blow your nose . We really do not know the effect of Meds on the developing fetus snd we do not recommend Sny Meds . If you are further along you might be able to take some Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and headache . You might be able to take Nenadryl for congest
