Need evaluation: If you are having new onset of abdominal pain and even though you have a bowel movement it does not go away you need evaluation as soon as possible. There are multiple possible reasons for symptoms and without any other information it is difficult to tell what is causing this problem. If the pain is intense you should go to the ED, if not that severe then schedule visit with your PCP ASAP.
