No: No, there are structures detectable at 6w3d, including fetal heart activity, that are never present at 4 weeks on ultrasound. At 4 weeks, even the small gestational sac may not be visible. After 6 weeks, a well developed gestational sac, yolk sac, and embryo itself may be seen.
