Likely breakthrough: If you HAD to have a medicine absolutely on time, you'd be in the hospital and an RN would be giving it to you. Off by 2 hours will not dramatically impact its effectiveness. Call or see your Gyn, though, as may be having breakthrough or other issue that needs addressed.
