Went to er for a black growth on the back of my throat doctors in er never seen anything like it before its grey with black dots any idea?

Smoker?: On inhaled (oral or nasal) steroids? Immune compromise? Could be fungal growth with staining from smoke. Might be abnormal growth. Needs good ENT exam and sampling for testing to determine exactly what is going on. See an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist soon.
