Allergy: This could be an allergic dermatitis, basically your skin is allergic to something (chemical) in the pantyliners. I would discontinue use of the pantyliners and use 100% cotton underwear. You could also try to find a hypo-allergenic brand of panty liner (there are typically a lot of additive chemicals in pantyliners). Good luck!
