Bleeding: My understanding of contrplan, is that it is a form of Plan B, or progesterone, or the morning after pill. This is birth control that is taken as soon after unprotected sex as possible, not a daily birth control pill. It contains Progesterone and can cause bleeding as a side effect. If you are pregnant and wish to have a medical abortion, having taken contraplan won't interfere.
