Difficult to answer: It's difficult to give you an exact percentage with the situation you describe. The chances of pregnancy in any one cycle using no birth control is around 20-25%. It sounds like you missed quite a few pills, though, and definitely could have ovulated. If last period was 4/8, and you bled again on 4/21, you can check a pregnancy test now and see if negative.

Possible: Missing that many pills can definitely have caused the bleeding on the 21st and could be contributing to the delay in your period but pregnancy is also a possibility. A pregnancy test would be a good idea. I have patients who set an alarm in their phone to help with remembering their pills. There are also several other methods of contraception which require less remembering and one of those might
