Difficult to answer: It's difficult to give you an exact percentage with the situation you describe. The chances of pregnancy in any one cycle using no birth control is around 20-25%. It sounds like you missed quite a few pills, though, and definitely could have ovulated. If last period was 4/8, and you bled again on 4/21, you can check a pregnancy test now and see if negative.

Possible: Missing that many pills can definitely have caused the bleeding on the 21st and could be contributing to the delay in your period but pregnancy is also a possibility. A pregnancy test would be a good idea. I have patients who set an alarm in their phone to help with remembering their pills.
