Not likely: If you have a 28 day cycle, you should be ok on cycle day 6. You need to be careful cycle day 10 to 16. But if you're not wanting to get pregnant now, you ought to consider birth control.

Yes: Pregnancy is possible. Sperm can live in the female reproductive tract for days. So the fertile window is open quite wide. This is why the rhythm method of contraception has such a high failure rate. Testing too soon?: A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly and read correctly, the week after missing a period, or 3 weeks after having sex. If worried about pregnancy, one can do another urine pregnancy test another week later.
