Not really.: Spotting in pregnancy is not normal, but doesn't necessarily suggest a problem. If you are hurting or the baby is not moving like it should, you should call your OB or go get checked. Spotting after intercourse in pregnancy is fairy common, so if you recently had sex, this could be the reason. But still, if you are concerned, call your OB.
