Not unusual: Many of the injuries obtained after a traumatic brain injury cause problems with attention that can be permanent. Sometimes medicationds can help. If you are having attention problems after a head injury, you should see a specialist in head injuries to see what defecits you actually have and what medications they suggest.

This should be short: Most people with uncomplicated mild tbi recover in weeks or a month, though some very subtle findings can persist somewhat longer in some individual. Most make a complete functional recovery. It should get better with time followign the mild tbi, if it is getting worse, medical and or neuropsychological evaluation to rule out depression or some other complication is warranted.
