A member asked:

Plz suggest me contraceptive pills which is safe bcz m breastfeeding my baby. and not on a regular basis which i have to eat monthly or after periods?

Progestin: A progestin- only (no estrogen) birth control would probably be best with you breastfeeding. There is a progestin-only pill, but if you don't want to take a daily pill, you can get a Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot every 3 months. Implants like Implanon or an IUD would also be good choices if you want long-term birth control.
