Crest White Strips: The Crest White Strips are well researched and proven by a very reputable company. There are toothpastes that specialize in removing proteins known to stain the teeth. These toothpastes include the Crest whitening toothpaste, Colgate whitening toothpaste, and Rembrandt toothpaste. There are others for sure, but I am not as familiar with them.

WhiteStrips: Crest's WhiteStrips brand of whitening products works well for many patients. Most whitening toothpastes work solely by abrasion and therefore are not particularly effective. Something like whitestrips that holds a whitening agent on the teeth for a period of time is most successful. Rinses also are not particularly effective
