Absolutely nothing: Percentages are of no concern alone, and if your absolute lymphocyte and neutrophil counts are anywhere near the reference range, you need to stop worrying. The absolute counts and percentages fluctuate wildly, with something as simple as a short cool-water swim totally changing everything. Relax and enjoy being healthy.
