A member asked:

How could birth control effect us history?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Interesting question: Prior to birth-control, women spent most of their lives after marriage either pregnant, breast-feeding or rearing children As a result their role in public society was more limited than it is now. Birth control has given women more options to delay childbearing, excel in a career and contribute to our society in many ways that have changed history. Best wishes!
