About 1:160: The incidence of stillbirth after 20 weeks' is about 1:160. However, the incidence at different time periods can be different. It really depends on your gestational age. Frequently stillbirth is related to a fetal or placental abnormality, and if those are diagnosed earlier in the pregnancy, the risk for stillbirth might go up, depending on the diagnosis.
