Dr. Regina Hampton answered

Stage 4: This means that the cancer has spread from the breast to other areas of the body ( bone, lung, liver, etc.)-Stage . It is a tumor that should respond to chemotherapy and hormone therapy. Hormone therapy is a blocker-it blocks the tumor cell from being able to feed off of estrogen, which causes its growth. The hormone therapy should stop the tumor from growing.
