Nothing: Simple renal cortical cysts are common incidental findings. They do not turn into cancer. They are benign and generally require no treatment.

Here are some ...: If the diagnosis for renal simple cortical cyst has been well-established according to the imaging study - usually with renal ultrasound, the most reasonable course of care is leaving it alone with periodic renal ultrasound, one time in one year and another time in another two years.
