Nothing: Simple renal cortical cysts are common incidental findings. They do not turn into cancer. They are benign and generally require no treatment.

Here are some ...: If the diagnosis for renal simple cortical cyst has been well-established according to the imaging study - usually with renal ultrasound, the most reasonable course of care is leaving it alone with periodic renal ultrasound, one time in one year and another time in another two years. It remaining stable, there is no need for further test. For further information? Ask Dr. timely.
