Pharmacists: Aseptic technique is used in the preparation of sterile dosage forms in the hospital. Like TPN's, IVs made under a laminar flow hood with gown and gloves. There is really no such thing as a aseptic pharmacist. They and the technicians use sterile procedures to compound safe and pyrogen free injectable meds.
