Yes: Leukemia is a cancer of blood cells and almost by definition includes the bone marrow. I can't think of an exception to bone marrow involvement in leukemia (although maybe some case report does exist...).

Main effect: Leukemia is a cancer of the bone marrow, so the bone marrow is affected a lot by it.
